2. Any outstanding fines/costs due, the case numbers, court address/phone number and where to send payment;
3. Any stops due to your failure to appear on previous tickets, again with the ticket number, court address/phone number and steps to be taken to place the case back on the court call;
4. If a hearing is required to address a suspension/revocation, the steps needed to request a hearing and documents that may be required.
5. Any reinstatement fees that must be paid and where to send payment.

What are the Possible Issues With my Illinois Driver’s License?

There are many offenses that can cause a suspension, revocation, or cancellation of an Illinois driver’s license. A revocation may be caused by a conviction on a number of offenses including DUI, Fleeing and Eluding, or Street Racing. A suspension may be caused by too many moving violations, a failure to appear in court, possessing a fraudulent ID, or a statutory summary suspension. A cancellation may be caused by fraud, which may later be followed by a suspension. You may be unable to renew your current Illinois driver’s license due to your failure to pay a ticket or court fines. There are a variety of other reasons that can cause issues with your Illinois driver’s license.

Are we Able to Represent You in Court or Before the Secretary of State?

The driving abstract review service provided by The Davis Law Group, P.C. does not include representation in court or in an administrative hearing before the Secretary of State, which may be required in order to obtain driving privileges. However, after we obtain, review, and interpret your Illinois driving record, you may decide that you would like our representation. Many times it is possible to reopen a case in court, or appear on your behalf before the Secretary of State, in order to remove a driver’s license revocation, suspension or cancellation. We are happy to provide a free consultation and quote you a fee for any additional services.
